Sorry I have been on so little my computer has been crapped out so I was out but now have a smart phone. :-)  Has anyone used royal purple's synchro max in their 99-04 5 speeds?  Opinions or comments most welcome as I am debating it tomorrow. Thanks!

I used it. Didn't hear any whining or whirring like some said they heard with other fluids.

I've used it as well... when I rebuild my other rear end next week that is what I will use.... but make sure what you get bc Fords factory recommendation is to use 75/135 I believe. Most places only have like 85/145 and you can still use that... make sure you have friction modifier.....

He's using it in the TH3650 not the rear. So no friction modifier necessary.
